Welcome

This page answers common questions about Memori. For account-specific issues, use in-app Settings → Support or email [email protected]. We aim to respond within a few business days but do not guarantee a specific response time.

Sign in

Memori supports sign-in with Google or Apple only. We do not offer email/password registration. If sign-in fails, ensure you have a stable internet connection and try again. For Apple, use "Hide My Email" if you prefer a private relay address.

Adding memories

Use the + button to add photos, videos, or notes. Organize memories into folders from the Folders tab. Optional location tags require location permission when adding a memory.

When you save with text and/or media, Memori may use Google Gemini to draft a title and story, suggest a folder, and translate content. See Artificial intelligence (AI) below.

Artificial intelligence (AI)

Memori uses Google Gemini to:

  • Draft titles and stories when you save captures with text and/or media
  • Suggest a folder category
  • Translate titles and stories between Hebrew and English when you create or edit memories
  • Remember a few short personal facts to improve future captures

Tips: Review AI text before sharing. Edit any memory after save. Delete your account (Settings → Security) to remove stored personal context facts.

Sharing

You can share individual memories via public links or invite others to folders. Sharing is off by default — you control when links are created or revoked.

Subscriptions

Memori offers Basic and Pro plans via the App Store or Google Play.

  • View plans in Settings → Premium
  • Cancel anytime in your store account settings (at least 24 hours before renewal)
  • Tap Restore purchases after reinstalling or on a new device

Delete individual content (without deleting your account)

You can remove specific memories or folders while keeping your Memori account.

Delete one or more memories

  1. Open a memory, tap ⋯ (quick actions), then Delete — or select multiple memories and tap Delete
  2. Confirm — items are moved to trash (soft delete)
  3. Trashed media is permanently removed after a tier-based retention period (see Privacy Policy); your account and other memories stay intact

Delete a folder

  1. Open the folder → ⋯ or folder settings → Delete
  2. Confirm — the folder, its subfolders, and memories move to trash

Stop sharing

  • Open a shared memory → Manage → Stop sharing to revoke a public link without deleting the memory

Delete your account

To permanently delete your Memori account and associated data:

  1. Open Settings → Security
  2. Tap Delete account
  3. Confirm the action

What is deleted: your account (email, name), memories, uploaded media, folder structure, and sharing settings tied to your account.

What may be kept temporarily: encrypted backups and logs for a short period where required for security, fraud prevention, or legal obligations — then deleted or anonymized (see Privacy Policy).

This cannot be undone.

Biometric lock

Enable Face ID or fingerprint lock for private folders in Settings → Security. Biometric data stays on your device and is not sent to our servers.

Files on device (optional)

Off by default. To show Memori in system file pickers (for example when uploading to a government website):

  1. Open Settings → Files on device (from Profile)
  2. Read the consent screen and turn on Sync to Memori folder
  3. Wait for sync to finish, then choose Memori in the other app’s file picker

Turn off: disable sync in the same screen and confirm — local copies are deleted from your device. Cloud memories are not affected. See Privacy Policy.
